We have established this quality policy to be consistent with the purpose and context of our organization. It provides a framework for the setting and review of objectives in addition to our commitment to satisfy applicable customers, regulatory and legislative requirements as well as our commitment to continually improve our management system.

We will consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers. We will actively pursue ever improving quality through programs that enable each employee to do their job right the first time and every time.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

  • regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • a customer complaints procedure
  • selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • training and development for our employees
  • regular audit of our internal processes
  • measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Our policy is also to meet the requirements of other interested parties and in meeting our social, environmental, charitable, regulatory and legislative responsibilities.

This policy is available and communicated to all interested parties as well as being made available to the wider community through publication on our Company notice board and Internet.
